Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing reports, developing interactive dashboards, and transforming business data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, report optimization, and SQL, along with the ability to work onsite during night shifts.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Monitor and maintain existing reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation,



and integration using Power Query.
- Troubleshoot report issues, refresh failures, and data discrepancies.
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve report loading times.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards while maintaining data quality.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI
- Strong understanding of data workflows and process automation
- Experience building interactive dashboards and dynamic reports
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
