Roles and Responsibility

- Develop technical solutions to business problems by defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Lead the business case, planning, and monitoring activities.
- Elicit, organize, translate, and simplify requirements.
- Manage and communicate requirements analysis results to stakeholders.
- Evaluate surveys and workshop results to identify required changes.




- Document identified changes and communicate them to relevant parties.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT resources and their advanced use in creating IT solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for advising departments and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirements management and communication.
