Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced POSH Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating employees and management on the nuances of the Act, fostering a safe and respectful workplace setting, and ensuring legal compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of legal frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and deliver engaging training modules and workshops on the POSH Act, 2013, for employees, managers, and Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) members.

- Conduct interactive sessions covering definitions of sexual harassment, employee rights and responsibilities, employer obligations, complaint mechanisms, and consequences of non-compliance.

- Facilitate discussions on sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism,



ensuring a safe space for participants to ask questions and share concerns.

- Stay updated with the latest amendments and interpretations of the POSH Act and related legal provisions to ensure all training content is current and accurate.

- Design and prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, handouts, and assessment tools.

- Provide expert guidance and clarification on complex scenarios related to workplace sexual harassment and the application of the POSH Act.

- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to understand specific organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make continuous improvements.

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions conducted, attendance, and participant feedback.

- Promote a culture of respect, equality, and zero tolerance for sexual harassment within the organization.
