Job Requirements, Skills, Knowledge prerequisites

Knowhow of managing collection call centers, digital approach, negotiation, skip tracing and managing state level team. Having basic legal knowledge.

Deep bucket collections.

Educational Qualifications Graduate & above

Experience Profile 4 – 5 years of experience in managing large collection call center.

Benchmark Companies Bajaj, L&T;, HDFC, Magma, ICICI and NBFCS
