About the Role

Required a proactive and highly organized PMO & Compliance Lead to join our centralized Project Management Office. The candidate will act as the operational bridge across multiple teams, driving internal initiatives and tracking project health. As part of the PMO duties, the candidate will take ownership of our compliance roadmap, ensuring on-the-ground adherence to current standards (ISO 27001, 9001) while preparing the organization for future certifications (ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, CMMI etc).

Key Responsibilities

- PMO & Project Governance: Monitor and track the status of multiple project health metrics across the delivery organization. Conduct regular, periodic sync-up calls with project managers, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive organizational initiatives from inception to execution. Work seamlessly across different teams to unblock issues, streamline communications, and ensure delivery goals are met.
- Compliance & Certification Management: Act as the internal champion for quality and security standards. Maintain continuous adherence to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, and spearhead the gap analysis and readiness for ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMI.
- On-the-Ground Tracking:



Establish reliable tracking mechanisms for both project performance and compliance. Conduct internal process checks, identify deviations, and proactively guide teams back to standard operating procedures.
- Reporting & Communication: Act as the central point of communication for project status and audit readiness. Translate complex compliance requirements or project health data into transparent, actionable insights for leadership and engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a PMO, Project Management, or IT Delivery role within a software or IT services organization, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Compliance Background: Direct past experience successfully driving or maintaining certifications (such as ISO 27001 and 9001) and facilitating external audits.
- Exceptional Communicator: Highly effective in verbal and written communication. You must be comfortable leading meetings, managing stakeholder expectations, and influencing teams without formal reporting authority.
- Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and interpret project health metrics and compliance SLAs.
