PMO - Team Lead

Experience

5-8 Years (depending on grade)

Job Purpose The Lead will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation of recurring reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance trackers.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Create reports for leadership reviews, business presentations, and governance meetings.
- Track KPIs and business metrics and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Automate repetitive reporting activities using advanced Excel features.
- Support stakeholders with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
- Coordinate with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely MIS solutions.




- Maintain data confidentiality and reporting governance standards.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in MIS reporting, business analytics, or data management.
- Hands-on experience handling large datasets.
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel and dashboard creation.
- Experience in Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage.
