Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC Team Lead to lead industrial automation projects and manage a team of PLC / Automation Engineers. The role involves PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, system integration, troubleshooting, and site commissioning while ensuring timely project execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, guide, and mentor PLC / Automation Engineers.

· Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and modify PLC programs.

· Work with PLC platforms including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Omron.

· Develop, configure, and integrate SCADA and HMI systems.

· Coordinate with project management, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Carry out site commissioning, testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

· Troubleshoot PLC,



SCADA/HMI, automation, and control-system issues.

· Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Review PLC logic, automation designs, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

Required Skills

· PLC programming using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Statement List (STL).

· SCADA / HMI development, configuration, and integration.

· Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.

· Working knowledge of drives, VFDs, sensors, and motors.

· Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and control circuits.

· Solid team leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
