Managing the production processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Overseeing the plant workforce, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. Developing and implementing production plans and procedures to ensure that production targets are met.

Ensuring that the plant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations, and that employees are trained and equipped to work safely. Managing the plant's inventory, including raw materials, finished products, and supplies. Coordinating with other departments, such as production planning, engineering, and quality control, to ensure that production processes are optimized.
