: Plant Manager

Experience: Relevant experience in plant operations and labour management preferred

Age Preference: 40+ years

Salary: 35,000–40,000 per month

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations, including production and daily activities.
- Supervise and manage labour, workers, and their daily work allocation.
- Handle dispatch operations, including loading and unloading of materials.
- Monitor production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate material movement, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
- Manage labour attendance, discipline, and work productivity.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports using a computer.
- Coordinate with management to ensure timely completion of work.




- Handle multiple plant-related responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experienced and responsible candidate capable of handling overall plant operations.
- Robust labour handling and team management skills.
- Practical knowledge of dispatch, loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage day-to-day plant activities independently.
- Candidates with wire and cable manufacturing or related industrial experience will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at the specified location and for 10 hours daily.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
