Job Summary

Greenloop Reverse Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to manage its PET bottle recycling plant at Dankuni. The candidate must have hands-on experience in PET bottle recycling operations, production management, machinery handling, quality control, and manpower supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the PET bottle recycling plant.

- Supervise PET bottle sorting, washing, crushing, shredding, and flake production processes.

- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

- Manage plant workers, machine operators, and supervisors.

- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

- Control production costs, material wastage, and machine downtime.

- Maintain inventory, production records, and daily MIS reports.

- Ensure workplace safety,



housekeeping, and applicable environmental compliance.

- Identify operational problems and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred.

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience specifically in a PET bottle recycling plant is mandatory.

- Sound knowledge of PET recycling machinery, washing lines, and flake production.

- Proven experience in production planning, quality control, and manpower management.

- Solid leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
