Ideal candidate

- 12–20+ years operational leadership experience
- Ex-Armed Forces or retiring Army officers and JCOs from EME, ASC, Ordnance and operational background preferred.
- Experience managing 100+ personnel
- Strong exposure to production/operations, logistics or engineering
- Exceptional discipline around SOPs and daily execution
- Experience with safety, preventive maintenance and compliance
- Solid manpower planning and productivity management
- Comfortable working on the factory floor
- Data-driven and capable of running daily MIS/KPIs
- Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
