Role Description The Plant Head at Azentyx will lead day-to-day plant operations at the on-site facility in Chandigarh in a full time capacity. This role oversees production planning, manufacturing activities, and resource allocation to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant output.

The Plant

Head will collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to maintain regulatory standards, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include supervising production teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets and costs, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental,



and GMP guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with senior leadership on capacity planning, audits, and strategic projects to support the plant’s long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities and team performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Budgeting to manage capacity, scheduling, and cost optimization effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and GMP requirements consistently.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing, with a solid understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ISO) and EHS standards.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making in a plant or factory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using production and reporting tools or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related technical field; prior experience as a Plant Head or senior operations manager is highly beneficial.
