Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Executive to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking for civil construction projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of project planning tools and excellent coordination skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Coordinate with Project, Execution, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure timely completion.

- Track manpower, material, equipment, and resource requirements.





- Prepare MIS reports, progress updates, and management dashboards.

- Analyze project delays and support corrective action plans.

- Coordinate with consultants and clients for planning and progress-related matters.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting.
