- Prepare detailed production plans and schedules for static equipment.

- Develop project timelines based on approved drawings, material availability, and fabrication processes.

- Monitor fabrication process.

Project

Planning and Monitoring

- Track planned vs actual progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Update project progress reports regularly for management and clients.

Material

Planning

- Coordinate with the procurement department for timely procurement of raw materials

- Monitor material availability according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and production schedule.

4. Coordination with Engineering and Production

- Review fabrication drawings, and project specifications before planning.

- Coordinate with design,



production, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
