About the Role

PaperLive Learning is looking for an experienced Placement Manager to manage the placement team and handle end-to-end corporate relations and placement activities. The role involves building relationships with companies and HR teams to generate relevant job opportunities for our trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the Placement Executive team.
- Handle end-to-end placement activities, from corporate outreach and relationship building to job chance generation.
- Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, recruiters, and hiring managers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Source relevant job descriptions (JDs) and hiring requirements for enrolled candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships and expand the hiring partner network.
- Set team targets, track performance, and maintain MIS reports and placement dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate profiles with employer requirements.
- Drive placement outcomes through regular follow-ups, networking,



and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, employer relations, or a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in approaching companies and HRs to generate hiring opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Experience in EdTech, education, training, recruitment, or staffing will be preferred.
