About the Role We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a key part in fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately using our mobile app, ensuring that orders are correctly prepared and ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Receive order details on the mobile app and accurately pick and collate all required items from the warehouse inventory. Quality & Accuracy Control: Double-check items to ensure the correct products and quantities are picked and prepared for dispatch.
Seamless Handover: Package/arrange orders and neatly hand them over to the dispatch team for timely shipping.
App Utilization: Update order statuses in real-time through the dedicated mobile app.
Key Requirements Language Skills: Ability to read and understand basic English.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone and navigating mobile applications.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify products/items according to order details. Punctuality & Reliability: Robust work ethic and commitment to meeting operational deadlines.
