Code With Agni is a web development and software solutions company focused on building custom web applications, business management systems, SaaS platforms, e-commerce solutions, and workflow automation systems.

We work on projects involving CRM, ERP, inventory management, quotation and pricing systems, booking platforms, payment integrations, third-party APIs, and other business-specific software solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with 2–3 years of practical experience who can develop, maintain, and improve web applications while contributing to the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Core PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel.
- Build custom business applications, including CRM, ERP, inventory management, quotation systems, order management, and administrative dashboards.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
- Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases, including tables, relationships, indexes, queries, and transactions.
- Implement business logic, complex calculations, pricing rules, workflow automation, and role-based access control.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Customize and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and CMS-based solutions.
- Work with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms when required.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, webhooks, and notification systems.
- Debug existing applications, identify performance issues, fix bugs, and implement new features without disrupting existing functionality.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Test features,



validate edge cases, and ensure application reliability, security, and performance.
- Assist with application deployment, server configuration, database migrations, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on project requirements, technical implementation, code reviews, and delivery timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

- Strong understanding of Core PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Practical experience with CodeIgniter and/or Laravel.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture, authentication, sessions, validation, and reusable application components.
- Ability to implement complex business logic and multi-step workflows.

Database Management

- Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design.
- Experience with joins, indexes, constraints, transactions, and query optimization.
- Ability to design efficient database structures for real-world business applications.

Frontend Development

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Ability to convert UI designs or requirements into functional web interfaces.

Development Tools and Integration

- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of debugging, error handling, application security, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications The following skills will be considered an advantage:
- Experience developing or maintaining CRM, ERP, SaaS, inventory, billing, booking, or other business management systems.
- WordPress theme and plugin development or customization.
- Shopify theme customization and e-commerce development.




- Experience integrating payment gateways, email services, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, or external business platforms.
- Familiarity with cron jobs, webhooks, scheduled tasks, and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers, Apache/Nginx, Docker, and application deployment.
- Experience working with AI APIs, OCR services, document processing, or other automation-related integrations.
- Familiarity with Laravel migrations, Eloquent ORM, PHPUnit, or equivalent framework tools.

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on technical proficiency, practical experience, and the ability to work independently.
