Key Responsibilities

- Capture photographs and videos of university events, academic activities, campus life, and official programmes.
- Edit photographs and videos for social media, promotional campaigns, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Create reels, event highlights, interviews, promotional videos, and campus videos.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to fulfil photography and videography requirements.
- Maintain and organise digital records of photographs and video footage.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality content and proper maintenance of camera and recording equipment.
- Follow university branding guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and content approval procedures.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Photography, Videography, Mass Communication, or a relevant field preferred.




- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- DSLR/mirrorless camera handling and photography techniques.
- Video recording, lighting, framing, and audio setup.
- Photo and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creating reels, promotional videos, interviews, and event highlights.
- Social media content formats, file management, and data backup.

Key Skills Creativity, visual storytelling, technical proficiency, time management, coordination, and attention to detail.
