We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Phlebotomist who will also manage home blood collections, assist with basic physiotherapy support tasks, and handle front-desk receptionist duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced clinic environment and possesses strong communication and patient-care skills.

1. Phlebotomy & Home Collection

- Perform protected, accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages.

- Conduct scheduled home collection visits, ensuring proper transport, chain-of-custody, and temperature integrity of blood and fluid specimens back to the lab.

- Properly label, centrifuge, and process blood/urine samples following strict infection-control and biomedical waste disposal protocols.

- Instruct patients clearly on test prerequisites (e.g., fasting requirements) and expected report collection timelines.

1. Physiotherapy Assistant Duties

- Assist the lead physiotherapist in setting up treatment rooms,



electrotherapy equipment, or exercise gear.

- Help patients transition to and from therapy tables safely and monitor them during basic, non-clinical routine exercises or hot/cold pack applications.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of physiotherapy equipment and treatment areas.

1. Receptionist & Administrative Duties

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify patient details, and manage check-ins and check-outs.

- Handle phone inquiries, schedule clinic appointments, coordinate home-visit timings, and answer WhatsApp/email queries.

- Manage billing, issue receipts, handle cash/digital payments, and maintain daily appointment and sample logs.

- Maintain neatness at the front desk and waiting area.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
