Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PHE/Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, schematics, and coordinated drawings. Model domestic water supply, sanitary, drainage, stormwater, and other PHE services. Coordinate PHE models with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Architectural disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks. Prepare shop drawings, sections, details, and documentation as per project requirements. Work with different LOD requirements, typically LOD 300–400. Follow project BIM standards, BEP requirements, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines. Incorporate design changes and coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators. Ensure models and drawings meet project quality and submission standards.



Support quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models when required.

3–5 years of relevant experience in PHE/Plumbing BIM Modeling. • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD. • Experience with Navisworks and clash detection. • Robust understanding of plumbing and PHE systems in building services. • Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and plumbing systems. • Understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary modeling. • Knowledge of LOD 300/400, BIM standards, and project workflows.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
