Role Description The PHE Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing public health engineering systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and fire-fighting networks for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design calculations, sizing and selecting equipment, developing drawings and specifications, coordinating with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves supporting project documentation, responding to technical queries,



participating in site coordination meetings, and assisting in resolving design and implementation issues during construction.

The PHE Engineer will also contribute to quality checks, value engineering, and design optimization to improve performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of systems. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of public health engineering systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, and fire protection networks.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD (or similar CAD platforms), MS Office, and familiarity with BIM workflows; exposure to Revit or related tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of relevant national and international codes and standards related to plumbing, fire protection, and building services, and ability to apply them in design.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, IT, civil, structural, and architectural) and coordinating designs across complex projects.
- Solid analytical, calculation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to review drawings and documents for accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, specifications, and technical documentation, and for participating in client and internal meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline; relevant experience in PHE design for buildings or infrastructure projects is preferred.
