Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage inventory, supervise pharmacy staff, and ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medicines. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmacy regulations, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy support staff.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of medicines.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispensing of medicines.
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, stock, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for procurement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Monitor expired and near-expiry medicines and arrange appropriate handling.
- Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and inventory reports.
- Provide guidance to customers and coordinate with healthcare professionals as required.

- Knowledge of medicine storage, stock management, and regulatory compliance.
