Job Role and Responsibilities

- Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality.
- Prescription digitization in OMS screen
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create

Order for all

Prescription upload cases.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls

Desired Skills

- Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classication of Drugs
- Positive communication skills

Working Days in a Week: 6 days
