: Pharmacist – Home Delivery

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Pharmacist to manage medicine orders and deliver medicines to customers at their homes. The candidate will be responsible for verifying prescriptions, dispensing medicines as per applicable requirements, maintaining proper records and ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process medicine orders from customers.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure medicines are dispensed in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Pick, pack and label medicines accurately for home delivery.
- Deliver medicines to customers at their designated addresses, as required.
- Explain basic medicine storage instructions and refer clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Check medicine expiry dates, batch details and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate order, stock and delivery records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the pharmacy team.




- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive medicines during storage and transportation.
- Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations for prescription medicines and restricted medicines.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration, as applicable to the role.
- 0–5 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy or medicine dispensing role preferred.
- Knowledge of commonly prescribed medicines, prescriptions and pharmacy inventory.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage digital orders.
- Familiarity with Thane and nearby areas is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride a two-wheeler, if personally responsible for deliveries.
