Role Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant / Celebrity Manager to support the Founder across professional and personal domains. This role requires exceptional organizational skills,

sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end travel planning including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
- Handle calendar management, scheduling,



and availability coordination
- Manage emails, communication, and qualified correspondence
- Oversee personal and household coordination on a day-to-day basis
- Track expenses, assist with accounts, and perform basic reconciliations
- Coordinate and accompany the Founder to events within the city when required
- Act as a trusted point of contact while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent priorities efficiently

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Celebrity Manager preferred
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High standards of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Comfort with flexible schedules and dynamic work environments
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred

- Hybrid working model with a mix of remote and in-person support.
