Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and performance objectives.
- Design workload models and performance test strategies.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, Endurance, and Scalability tests.
- Configure and manage cloud-based performance tests through BlazeMeter.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Current Relic, Grafana, or equivalent.
- Perform script correlation, parameterization, debugging, and validations.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers.
- Analyse key metrics such as:

- Response Time

- Throughput

- TPS (Transactions Per Second)

- Hits/sec

- Error Rate

- Resource Utilization
- Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Support CI/CD integration of performance testing using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Contribute to Performance Engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
