Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Location: Sector 47, Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

Track performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.

Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with creative and client servicing teams to deliver effective campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:





✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

✔ Mandatory: Previous experience working with a Gurugram-based advertising agency.

✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

✔ Experience managing multiple client campaigns and optimising performance.

✔ Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
