Performance Marketing Execution

1. Set up and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.

2. Define KPIs, monitor daily, and pivot strategies using data-driven insights.

3. Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with ROI and funnel analysis.

Creative &

- Copy

1. Develop and review campaign messaging, headlines, and ad copy.

2. Collaborate with design/video teams for high-performing assets.

Data &





- Analytics

1. Analyze dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Recommend funnel improvements to reduce CPL and increase conversions.

Stakeholder &

- Process Management

1. Coordinate with admissions, design, and content teams to align campaigns.

2. Manage external agencies/vendors, ensuring accountability and results.

3. Establish campaign calendars, review cycles, and reporting rhythms.

Qualification and Skills
