We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our fashion brands, with a robust focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive online sales and improve ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Analyse campaign performance, budgets, and marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Plan and execute retargeting, testing, and campaign scaling strategies.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, D2C, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
