Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing Executive role based in Gurugram, focused on the real estate sector.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, drive property inquiries, and improve conversion rates across various online channels.

Responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing performance-driven campaigns (such as search, social, and display), optimizing creatives and messaging, and tracking campaign performance against key metrics.



The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with property launches, pricing, and promotional activities.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will also prepare regular performance reports, analyze campaign ROI, and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute performance-oriented campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audience behavior, competition, and real estate trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales-related collaboration skills to work with internal teams and convert leads into opportunities.
