Role Description The Performance Marketing Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth for clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, segmenting target audiences, and setting performance benchmarks for campaigns. The role involves managing paid advertising channels, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.





The associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets. This position also requires continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data and ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze trends, understand audience behavior, and develop effective performance marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client-focused skills to support growth objectives and translate marketing performance into business outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns and initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and basic analytics tools is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or business development consulting is an advantage.
