Position: Performance Marketer

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: Up to 50K per month

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join a leading digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, e-commerce sales, and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Solid expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience running lead generation and e-commerce sales campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
