Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in Core HRMS v9.2+ to develop applications and integrate third-party systems in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills (5 - 7 years PeopleSoft)

PeopleSoft Expertise

- Version 9.2+ development experience in Core HRMS modules
- People Tools 8.55+ proficiency including:
- Integration Broker and web services

- Application packages and AWE

- Fluid user interface development
- Work centers and activity guides

- Pivot grids implementation
- Development Tools: Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker
- Job Scheduling configuration and management

Technical Proficiencies

- Advanced SQL and SQR programming skills
- Oracle SQL database expertise
- Third-party system integration development
- Enterprise-level project delivery experience

Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance PeopleSoft Core HRMS applications
- Design and implement integrations with external systems
- Create fluid UI components, work centers, and activity guides
- Develop SQL queries, SQR reports, and database solutions
- Contribute to enterprise-wide system initiatives
- Establish and maintain technical documentation and coding standards
- Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams
- Execute additional assignments as business needs require

Qualifications

- Proven experience with PeopleSoft v9.2+ Core HRMS development
- Demonstrated expertise in People Tools 8.55+ environment
- Track record of successful third-party integration projects
- Experience participating in large-scale enterprise implementations
