Pediatrician

We are looking for a qualified Pediatrician to contribute medical expertise to the development of child-friendly, preventive, and non-invasive wellness screening frameworks for children and adolescents. The role focuses on understanding child growth and development, identifying general wellness indicators, and translating pediatric knowledge into structured screening models and age-appropriate recommendations.

The candidate will collaborate with research, psychology, nutrition, Ayurveda, and technology teams to develop evidence-based, child-safe, and AI-compatible wellness frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply pediatric knowledge to support the design of preventive child wellness screening frameworks for ages 8–18.
- Define age-appropriate indicators related to physical growth, development, nutrition, lifestyle, and general health.
- Contribute to the development of screening questionnaires, assessment parameters, and interpretation guidelines.
- Review pediatric research, clinical guidelines, and scientific literature to ensure evidence-based recommendations.
- Help develop non-invasive screening models and preventive wellness interventions suitable for school environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate pediatric insights into structured, technology-enabled frameworks.
- Review wellness recommendations for medical relevance, child safety, and age appropriateness.
- Maintain ethical standards, data confidentiality,



and appropriate medical safeguards when working with children's health information.
- Support the development of general wellness guidance without replacing clinical diagnosis or individualized medical consultation.

Required Qualifications

- MBBSin Pediatrics.
- Relevant experience in pediatrics, child health, growth and development, or preventive healthcare.
- Strong understanding of child growth parameters, developmental milestones, nutrition, and adolescent health.
- Ability to interpret medical literature and translate clinical knowledge into practical guidelines.
- Solid written communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with school health programs, child wellness initiatives, preventive healthcare, or adolescent health.
- Exposure to pediatric screening, growth monitoring, health assessments, or research projects.
- Interest in digital health, AI-enabled screening, and interdisciplinary research.
- Experience developing clinical protocols, assessment frameworks, or health education material.

Ideal Candidate A pediatrician who is interested in preventive child healthcare and research, and who can combine clinical expertise with evidence-based screening design, child development, and technology-enabled wellness initiatives. Note: This is a child wellness research and framework-development role, not a conventional hospital-based clinical position.
