Grade- 4.5 to 6 Years

Description and Location

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

Document business processes, workflows, and requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Pega applications.

Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.

Work closely with Pega developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation.

Support testing, training, and deployment of Pega solutions.

Create and maintain project documentation including process maps, use cases, and user stories.

Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements.





Required Skills

Robust understanding of Pega platform capabilities and BPM principles.

Must have Insurance experience.

Experience in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and functional documentation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA).

Experience in Pega implementations in insurance domain.

Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
