This is a flexible, hybrid role in which the professional may work on design activities or training assignments depending on business requirements. We welcome experienced industry professionals, senior candidates, retired professionals, and freelancers with relevant expertise.

Key Responsibilities Conduct PCB design and electronics workshops at engineering colleges and training centres. Deliver practical, industry-oriented sessions on PCB design principles and workflows. Explain schematic capture, component selection, footprints, PCB layout, routing, and design rules. Demonstrate relevant PCB design software and industry practices. Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and project-based assignments. Mentor students and clarify technical doubts during workshops.



Support PCB design and related engineering assignments when required. Review design work and provide technical feedback. Coordinate with the business development team to plan workshops and training schedules.

Required Skills 3–5 years of PCB design, electronics design, or relevant engineering experience preferred. Understanding of schematic design, PCB layout, routing, DRC, Gerber files, and manufacturing considerations. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct hands-on training. Solid communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for scheduled workshops.

Flexible Engagement Options

Option A – Full-time: ₹5–₹6 LPA, subject to final scope and client approval. Option B – Workshop-based: ₹2,500–₹3,000 per day for approved workshop assignments This position is open to experienced professionals who prefer flexible, project-based engagement rather than a conventional full-time position. Travel reimbursement, preparation time, and payment terms should be agreed in advance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
