We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business through PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party business. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, stockists, and business partners. Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.

Promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical product range to potential clients. Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders. Achieve the assigned monthly sales target within the given timeline.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, product availability, dispatches, and payments. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, orders,



and sales performance. Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Reporting Manager. Meet performance expectations and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Candidate Requirements Experience: 6 months to 5 years in pharmaceutical sales preferred.

Experience in PCD Pharma, Pharma Franchise, Third-Party Sales, or pharmaceutical marketing will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong convincing and client-handling abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and sales reporting is preferr Advantages: Cell phone reimbursement Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement
