Job highlights

- Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance/HR with 2-4 years payroll processing experience and strong statutory compliance knowledge

- Process end-to-end payroll, manage salary inputs, ensure statutory compliance, handle F&F; settlements, coordinate with HR/Finance, and support audits

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end payroll for employees with high accuracy and timeliness

- Manage salary inputs, attendance, leave, bonuses, and deductions

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements

- Generate and validate payslips, payroll reports, and reconciliations

- Handle full & final settlements (F&F;) and employee queries related to payroll

- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and validations

- Support audits by maintaining proper payroll records and documentation





- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / HR

- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing

- Hands-on experience with payroll software / HRMS and MS Excel

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT)

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication

- Good understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks
