Please note: This is an off-role (third-party payroll) position.

Job Details

- Job Title: Payment Associate / AP Executive
- Employment Type: Off-Role
- Location: Angul, Odisha
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in Accounting / Finance with hands-on experience in Payment Processing

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage daily payment proposals, vendor payments, and employee-related disbursements.
- Process high-volume payment transactions using SAP / ERP systems via Host-to-Host (H2H), cheque, and bank portal transfers.
- Handle statutory payments, GST compliance, challan generation, and MSME vendor payment tracking.
- Perform duplicate checks, bank balance reviews, and maintain audit trails for AP closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, HODs, and vendor master teams for transaction approvals and query resolution.





Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP (SAP S/4 HANA preferred) and MS Excel.
- Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of payment workflows, vendor invoice processing, and statutory/SOX compliance.
