GlobalCare Health is an international healthcare facilitation company that helps patients from around the world access medical treatment at hospitals in India. We support patients with medical opinions, hospital and specialist coordination, treatment planning, cost estimates, travel assistance and on-ground support through their treatment journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relationship & Conversion Executive, based in Delhi NCR. You'll manage international patient enquiries that come in through our digital marketing campaigns. This isn't a typical calling or support role. You'll own each enquiry from first contact through to treatment in India.
Day to day, you will:
- Handle enquiries from Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website forms and other digital channels, and contact recent leads promptly by call, WhatsApp and email
- Understand each patient's condition, treatment needs, timeline and readiness to travel, and prioritise high-intent enquiries
- Follow up consistently with patients and families, address concerns about cost, hospital choice, travel and trust, and guide qualified enquiries to confirmed treatment journeys
- Collect and organise medical reports, and coordinate with hospitals for specialist opinions, treatment plans, cost estimates and doctor consultations
- Explain hospital-provided information clearly to patients without giving independent medical advice
- Coordinate with internal teams on visa invitation letters, travel planning and patient arrivals
- Keep CRM records accurate, track patient progress, log reasons for delayed or lost leads, and share daily updates
- Share recurring patient insights with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred (Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, Allied Health Sciences or similar)
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitals, international patient services, medical tourism, patient counselling or healthcare relationship management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak sensitively with patients facing serious medical conditions
- Disciplined follow-up, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple international enquiries at once in a target-driven environment
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and email
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and treatment pathways is an advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
