We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to guide couples through their fertility treatment journey, explain treatment procedures, and provide emotional support throughout the IVF process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and couples regarding infertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and associated costs in coordination with doctors.
- Provide emotional support and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Explain consent forms and assist with treatment-related documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations and treatment progress.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and the billing team.
- Maintain patient records and counselling reports.
- Support patient satisfaction and ethical treatment communication.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Psychology, Counselling, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in IVF, fertility clinics, or healthcare counselling is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IVF procedures and fertility treatments is an added advantage.
