We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Patent Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters at our Ahmedabad office.

Roles and Responsibility

- Handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters efficiently.

- Conduct thorough research on trademarks and intellectual property rights.

- Prepare and file trademark applications and responses.

- Monitor and track trademark application status and deadlines.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations.

- Analyze and interpret trademark laws and regulations to provide expert advice.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in patent law or a related field.

- Robust knowledge of trademark laws, regulations, and procedures.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with IP software and databases is an advantage.
