Job Summary:

INNOIPS is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Patent Associate with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in intellectual property, patent drafting, and patent prosecution, along with strong technical research and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze technical inventions and patent-related information.

- Draft patent specifications, including provisional and complete patent applications.

- Assist in patent prosecution and respond to examination reports, as required.

- Conduct technical and patent-related research to support patent applications.

- Review technical documents, invention disclosures, and relevant patent literature.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution.





- Robust understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering concepts.

- Knowledge of patent drafting procedures and patent prosecution processes.

- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred/Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in
- preparing patent specifications and technical descriptions.

- Familiarity with
- patent databases and prior-art searches.

- Strong attention to
- detail and ability to interpret complex technical information.

- English–Excellent
