The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds or PMS and AIFs, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be adept at building relationships with clients and distributors. A key responsibility will be to onboard and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, IFAs, wealth managers and private banks to grow the distribution network of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

- Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Analysing data, interpreting market dynamics, and identifying growth areas and stay up to date on developments within the investment management sector.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for channel partners and distributors and clients via email and WhatsApp marketing or one on one engagements.
- Manage sales and marketing content creation and distribution across various platforms.




- Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Development of distribution network

- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies, including marketing initiatives and partner engagement efforts.
- Work on development of distribution network through multi-pronged approach.

Brand building and brand awareness initiatives

- Using data-driven approaches to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
- Providing vital market intelligence to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:

- Understanding of financial markets, financial products and services.
- Positive communication skills. Qualifications - Bachelor s degree.
- MBA; CFA/CFP/FRM preferred.
