ABOUT OFF/CALL

OFF/CALL (@offcall.club) is a community for doctors and medical students that celebrates life beyond the white coat: music, art, travel, sport and the stories that make doctors who they are outside medicine. OFF/CALL partners with medical college fests across India, features doctors and their passions, and hosts community events for doctors.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Partnerships & Community Lead will represent OFF/CALL to brands, hospitals and institutions, and build partnerships that help the community grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, pitch and close brand partnerships for OFF/CALL events and content
- Build partnerships with hospitals for doctor wellness and community events
- Develop and manage collaborations with medical colleges and fests
- Onboard doctors, creators and artists for features and events
- Prepare partnership proposals, decks and presentations
- Represent OFF/CALL in meetings, calls and events
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–6 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships or business development,



preferably in events, media, lifestyle brands or the creator economy
- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus
- Robust presentation, pitching and negotiation skills
- An existing network of brand and marketing contacts is an advantage
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable in an early-stage setup
- Open to occasional travel for events and partner meetings

PART-TIME / FREELANCE APPLICANTS
