Partner Acquisition Executive – Work From Home

About Tail Circle

Tail Circle is building an all-in-one pet ecosystem that connects pet parents with trusted veterinary clinics, groomers, daycare/boarding centres, trainers and other pet businesses.

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Partner Acquisition Executive to connect with pet businesses, explain Tail Circle and onboard them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 10–15 quality business calls per day to potential Tail Circle partners.

• Speak with veterinary clinics, groomers, daycare/boarding centres, trainers and other pet businesses.

• Explain Tail Circle and its perks to potential partners.

• Generate interest and complete partner registrations.

• Target 5 successful partner registrations per day.

• Follow up with interested businesses and pending registrations.

• Once a partner is registered, schedule a meeting with the Tail Circle Sales Representative at least one day in advance.

• Maintain an organised schedule of upcoming sales meetings.

• Ensure all relevant partner information and KYC details are properly submitted.





Performance Target

• 10–15 quality calls per day

• 5 successful partner registrations per day

• Advance scheduling of Sales Representative meetings

Performance-Based Earning A successful paid day is counted when 5 successful partner registrations are completed on the Tail Circle platform during that working day.

A successful registration means the required registration details and applicable KYC information have been completed and the partner is successfully registered on the platform.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with business owners

• Confident in Hindi and English

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Good follow-up and persuasion skills

• Comfortable working independently from home

• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and internet skills

• Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
