- Administers routine data collection under close guidance and supervision.
- Initiates calls to pharmacies using a prepared selling strategy to promote pharmacy participation in syndicated, on-going panels.
- Follows up with panels to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed scripts.
- Receives and processes all incoming calls from panels, responding to routine questions and referring non-routine questions to managers.
- Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panels.
- Collects information from panels and ensures quality meets basic requirements.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of exposure to medical products and/or doctors offices preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
