: Packing Supervisor

Location: Chuvannamannu, Thrissur

Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee daily filling and packing operations of finished goods in our Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for manpower management, production coordination, quality compliance, documentation, material control, and ensuring smooth and effective packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise filling, packing, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with Production and QA/QC departments.
- Ensure product quality, correct labeling, and batch verification.
- Maintain packing records, logbooks, and ERP updates.
- Monitor material wastage, packing material stock, and product yield.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and smooth packing operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years and above experience in a production, filling,



or packing department, preferably in an Ayurvedic medicine or pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Ability to manage packing operations and supervise shop-floor employees.
- Knowledge of quality procedures, batch details, labeling, and production documentation.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with immediate joining preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge required & Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
