- Collaborate with R&D;, procurement, quality, manufacturing, marketing and supplier teams to deliver packaging aligned with product and brand requirements.
- Develop and validate new packaging materials and formats that ensure product stability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives,



sustainability programs, and packaging standardization projects.
- Stay updated on packaging trends, materials science, and regulatory requirements (local and global) to drive innovation.
- Inspecting and testing the Packaging stages, clear handover of acceptable quality norms to QA and Operation dept for further action.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., TOPS, CAPE, ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of packaging testing standards and procedures (ISTA, ASTM).
- Knowledge of packaging materials and machinery.
- Supply chain and logistics familiarity.
- Sustainability and regulatory compliance understanding.
