We are looking for an experienced P2P Process Excellence/PMO Manager to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay transformation, process redesign, automation, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of the broader P2P process, proven ownership of process transformation initiatives, project management expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end P2P process redesign, standardization, and optimization in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Digital, and GBS teams.
- Assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable future-state operating models.
- Lead P2P transformation and transition initiatives, including process migration, implementation, and adoption.
- Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive project governance, progress tracking, MIS reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, strengthen controls, and enhance process efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to leverage ERP systems, workflows, and digital tools for process improvement.
- Manage testing/UAT, implementation readiness, training, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
- Prepare and present governance reports, KPIs, project updates, and transformation outcomes to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business benefits.

- ? Key Requirements & Mandatory Screening Criteria: 1️⃣ End-to-End P2P Knowledge

- Hands-on experience across the broader Procure-to-Pay process from a Finance perspective.
- Understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle,



beyond invoice processing or payment processing alone.

2️⃣ Process Redesign & Transformation Ownership

- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing significantly to process transformation and transition initiatives.
- Experience in process migration, standardization, process redesign, or implementation of new operating models.

3️⃣ Project Planning & PMO Governance

- Experience leading or actively participating in projects with transparent ownership of responsibilities, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project stages, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, testing/UAT, implementation, and post-implementation review.

4️⃣ Automation Leadership

- Experience leading automation initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, process efficiency, controls, and reduction of manual effort.
- Ability to demonstrate the business impact and results of automation initiatives.

5️⃣ Stakeholder Management & Influencing

- Experience preparing MIS reports, governance reports, project dashboards, and KPI updates.
- Direct interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-influencing skills.

? Technical & Functional Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in P2P, with expertise in process optimization and automation.
- Strong knowledge of finance process redesign, transformation, and implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience with SAP and AX 2009 will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
